Vegetable-tanned by the renowned Horween tannery in Chicago, this richly waxed, full-grain leather displays beautiful natural grain, distinctive pull-up, and a warm patina that only improves with age.

A medium-weight solid brass swivel trigger snap offers reliable everyday functionality without the bulk of its heavy-duty counterpart. A solid brass split ring securely holds your keys, while a machined brass Chicago screw fastens the leather. The folded leather loop can also be slipped directly over a belt, providing a convenient alternative to clipping it onto a belt loop or bag.

A tiny drop of low-strength Loctite 222 is applied to the Chicago screw to resist loosening during everyday use. Unlike permanently riveted construction, this allows the key holder to be carefully disassembled when desired, making it possible to clean and polish the solid brass hardware before reassembly.
